HIRING WORKERS AND TRAINEES: SHIP REPAIR, DIVING OPERATIONS AND METAL STRUCTURES
Our company invites both experienced specialists and newcomers to join our team. We consider absolutely all candidates! If you have no experience — the main thing is your willingness to learn, work and earn, and we will teach you everything in the process!
OUR OPEN POSITIONS:
- Divers (we accept both experienced professionals AND trainees) — we are looking for skilled specialists or people with no experience whom we will train from scratch. Requirements: good health, good physical condition and a strong desire to master a new, prestigious profession;
- Ship hull assemblers (shipfitters) — work in the field of ship repair. Experience required in assembling, fitting and repairing ship hull structures, ability to read technical drawings;
- Metal structure assemblers — assembly work on industrial or construction metal structures. Experience in fitting and preparing parts for welding required;
- Welders — with experience in ship repair or metal structures. We consider all types of welding (arc welding, semi-automatic, argon, etc.);
- Concrete workers — with experience working with concrete, formwork and reinforcement for general construction work on hydraulic engineering structures;
- Support workers (general laborers) — no experience required. Requirements: diligence, responsibility, willingness to assist foremen on-site and learn quickly on the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing repair, installation and general construction work on hydraulic engineering structures;
- Supporting deck or shore-based operations, coordinating with diving teams;
- Following basic workplace safety regulations.
